What is my Vision?

God has shared with me his heart, and his burden for the oppressed, for the abused, the enslaved, and the overlooked. My heart has been broken over and over again for Women and children who are being used, abused and exploited sexually. God has ignited in my heart a burning fire and a passion to defend those who cannot defend themselves, to speak out for the voiceless, to protect the vulnerable, and to bring healing to the broken. He has broken my heart for women and children, sold, manipulated, and forced into the sex trade. Women and Children who have been trafficked, sold and manipulated. These Women are loved by God and belong to him alone, and they are NOT for Sale.

The Call

While I was studying through the Minor Prophets, God opened afresh this wound and burden; I am brought to tears multiple times a week, because of the glimpse I have into the broken heart of God over this injustice and abuse.  God broke my heart for Thailand, and women in prostitution in Thailand when I was 12 years old, over hearing a teaching that I happened to walk by. I heard the voice of God then, as my heart broke for those women, and I knew God wanted to do something about it, and I knew that he wanted to do something about it through me. In summer of 2013 God woke me up in the night, I felt his deep love, and desire, heartbreak, and hope for the nation of Thailand. Then God said “Go”, and I wept, overwhelmed with the love of God for Thailand, and I was overflowing with joy because I knew that God was sharing his heart and his love for Thailand with me, that he was giving me a part in his plan of salvation for the Thai people, and his plan of deliverance, healing, and love for Women and Children, especially those in prostitution and sex slavery.

I am passionate about seeing God’s vision for Thailand come to fruition. I am passionate about seeing the radical love of God change lives in Thailand, for seeing Thai people equipped and transformed by the Gospel; to see Thai people loving, and understanding the Word of God. And to see Women and Children protected, delivered, rescued, freed, healed, cherished, educated, valued, cared for, loved, and empowered by the grace and goodness of God to fulfill the calling God has on their lives.

 After one year of learning the language and the culture, and equipping for effective ministry, as well as outreaching to and with Thai people, I will be making a longer-term commitment with a ministry working in these areas; To further God’s kingdom in Thailand, and bring his radical love to the Thai people

Please pray for Thailand, for all those who are enslaved; enslaved by force, by need, and by coercion and manipulation. Pray for the hopeless, the abused, and the lost… And always pray in Faith, hope and thanksgiving, because God is at work in Thailand, He is moving in a powerful way, and His love and his desire for life, and joy, and freedom to abound there will not be stopped!

Also pray for me, as I follow God’s call and his leading in my life, that I would live and walk in righteousness, in godliness and in love.  That by God’s grace I would be able to “fight the good fight of faith” (1 Tim 6:12) as Paul encourages Timothy to do, and that the ministry that God is giving me will be effective, anointed, and permeated with the lavish love of God and His great power.
